The first season of the Visa Innovation Program Europe – Nordics & Baltics edition, launched in collaboration with Visa and Tenity, today opens for applications. Over the next eight months, selected fintechs will have the chance to collaborate with Visa’s business partners, scale their businesses, and explore expansion to new geographies through Visa’s network spanning 200 countries.
Visa, the global payments technology company, today announced the launch of the Visa Innovation Program Europe – Nordics & Baltics edition, in collaboration with Tenity. Having run successfully in eight countries since 2018, the Visa Innovation Program Europe is a pilot-centered collaboration platform designed to accelerate fintech growth. It enables startups to connect with Visa’s extensive network of partners and clients, while providing access to Visa’s technology, resources, and expertise.

To date, the Visa Innovation Program Europe has supported 120 successful fintech companies across eight countries, selected from more than 1,200 applications. The regional edition is designed to accelerate the fintech sector in the Nordics & Baltics by fostering collaboration between startups and Visa’s global ecosystem, helping bring innovative solutions to market faster and more efficiently.
The launch of the Nordics & Baltics edition will offer fintechs access to:
- Visa’s APIs via the Visa Developer Platform
- Global investment networks through Tenity and potential new market exploration
- Mentorship from industry experts
- Engagement with regional banks and financial institutions
For Visa’s 160+ existing Visa Innovation Program partners, the program provides a curated pipeline of innovative fintechs, offering a direct path to new digital solutions by reducing the time and cost associated with in-house development.

The program is open to fintechs based in the Nordics & Baltics with a strong market presence. Applications open on October 6th, and selected participants will be announced in December.
