Double improvements to Scrive as they incorporate Finshark’s open banking tech

Scrive, a Swedish e-signing tech enabler, has revolutionized the way corporations send, sign, and authorize legally binding documents. By enabling digital signatures with cloud-hosted documents and multiple layers of authorization and security, Scrive has eliminated the need for traditional pen, paper, printers, and even faxes. With its wide range of integrations and add-ons, Scrive’s offering goes beyond e-signing to offer more value to its customers. Soon, B2C businesses will be able to initiate payment agreements for autogiro, similar to a standalone checkout for subscription payment plans, further expanding Scrive’s capabilities.

To improve its platform even further, Scrive has now partnered with Finshark, one of the leading open banking enablers in Scandinavia, to integrate Account Information Services based on open banking techniques. Finshark is connecting banks all across Europe to enable non-financial businesses like Scrive to make use of the possibilities bank data has to offer. By partnering with Finshark, Scrive will be able to offer easier and more secure payment initiation processes. The integration will allow customers to select their preferred bank account, reducing the risk of manual errors or fraud. Nordic users with a bank account can let Finshark access data connected to their bank accounts, making their everyday life easier.

The integration will launch in February 2023, and it will be available for customers using Scrive to set up Autogiro. This integration is a significant expansion of Scrive’s offering, driving the value the company strives for: improved customer experience, higher conversion rates, reduced administrative overheads, and better data quality. Scrive CEO Viktor Wrede said,

“Adding account checks to our data look-up options drives the very kind of value Scrive is always striving for.”

Kristian Sternros, COO of Finshark, commented on the partnership,

“Working with a business like Scrive feels just like it must feel for any Swedish football player to play alongside stars like Martin Dahlin or Henrik Larsson. They have managed to disrupt a very traditional space with legal agreements, just like we are disrupting a traditional space.”

With this integration, Scrive is taking a significant step towards making its platform even safer and easier to use, making it the go-to platform for any business in need of efficient and secure e-signing services.
