Student Assistant – Media and Content Assistant

We are super excited to expand our team with a motivated and talented student willing to 10x their expertise in media and content production as a Media and Content Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Content, contributing to the production and publication of engaging content on our different media channels including web, print, events and SoMe.  It’s also worth pointing out that we are a highly ambitious startup so working with us you will also get your hands into activities associated with running and scaling a media company. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist in organizing events, locally and abroad, and supporting our partnership team with client-facing tasks.


Content Management:

    • Collaborate with the Head of Content to create and publish and articles, interviews, and other content on our WordPress-based website.
    • Assist in the recording and editing of expert interviews.
    • Ensure content meets established editorial standards and guidelines.

Social Media Management:

    • Handle day-to-day activities on our social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement.
    • Help ideate and create engaging content suitable for different platforms
    • Utilize visual tools like Adobe Illustrator and Canva for basic graphic design tasks to enhance social media visuals.
    • Experiment with new AI tools for content creation and publishing inc. Runway, Midjourney, QuilBot, GPT, etc.

Event Coordination:

    • Assist in the planning and execution of events, from logistics to on-site support.
    • Contribute to the development of event marketing materials.

Client-Facing Tasks:

    • Support the partnership team with client communication and relationship management.
    • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and proposals for potential partners.


  • Currently enrolled as a student with availability for 15-20 hours per week.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) and experience in simple content creation.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
  • Business acumen and a strong interest in fintech is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with videography equipment (lights, monitors, cameras, microphones) and advantage
  • Comfortable in written and spoken English.

  • Willingness and availability to travel internationally

Working Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling during the week, with the ability to adapt to academic commitments.
