August 26, 2024 –  Gilion (formerly Ark Kapital), the Swedish Growth & Lending platform, is delighted to announce the appointment of Lidia Oshlyansky as its new Chief Product Officer (CPO). With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Lidia is set to leverage her vast expertise in product development, user experience, research, and design to help deliver Gilion’s mission of building the world’s largest Growth Platform for founders.

Lidia joins Gilion following her successful tenures as Chief Product Officer at insurtech leader ManyPets and fintech startup Dreams. Her extensive career has seen her lead product and UX initiatives at some of the world’s most influential tech companies, including Spotify, Google, and Schibsted Media Group. Lidia’s ability to merge technical excellence with a deep understanding of user needs has consistently driven product success across diverse industries. In addition to her product leadership roles, Lidia has served as an Advisor and Non-Executive Director across various sectors, including Mathem.se and Insurello. Lidia continues to invest time as an NED and Product Advisor to companies furthering her commitment to the larger tech ecosystem.

Lidia’s career began in social work after she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, before transitioning into the tech industry where she furthered her education with a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and Swansea University. This interdisciplinary foundation has been central to her approach in creating products that are user-centered, scalable, and impactful.
