Asset management software company Profile Centevo and enterprise-AI solutions provider Unique AI are joining forces to scale agentic AI across Nordic financial services.
Profile Centevo is the Nordic arm of Profile Software Group, a publicly listed financial technology company from Greece. The company serves over 350 financial institutions across 55 countries. The Nordic arm provides back-office solutions for portfolio management, fund administration, transfer agency, and managed operational services to banks, asset managers, and insurance companies. It does this through its primary software offering called Centevo Suite.
Unique AI is a Swiss-founded, AI-native company delivering finance-grade AI solutions to financial institutions worldwide. The company has 100+ employees and offices in Zurich, New York, Singapore, London, Berlin, and Milan. Unique AI’s 45+ clients include BNP Paribas, Pictet, Julius Baer, and UBP.
“The winners in agentic AI will be the platforms and providers that can work within that reality, not the ones that demand a greenfield approach.”
Stefanos Athanasiadis, Managing Director of Investment Solutions at Profile Software and CEO of Centevo

Deeply integrated, highly specialized AI
Regulated sectors such as finance are eager to utilize AI’s capabilities for processing huge quantities of data but have been held back by the lack of transparency of mainstream solutions. The slowdown is compounded in Europe because of the continent’s stringent privacy laws.
Founded in 2021 in one of Europe’s strictest privacy regimes, Unique AI developed its own internal models long before generative AI went mainstream.
“We are not a horizontal solution. We are a vertical, highly specialized, fully modular AI solution extending into data ingestion and workflows for financial and insurance services,” says Manuel Grenacher, Co-Founder and CEO of Unique AI.

A win-win partnership
The finance sector is mature, with systems that have served financial institutions reliably for decades. Profile Centevo is already applying AI to its own fund administration operations, systematically agentifying the BPO processes it runs on behalf of Nordic banks and asset managers. The question is not whether AI will augment these systems, but how.
“The critical factor for financial institutions evaluating AI today is interoperability and the ability of AI to integrate across existing systems, data sources, and operational workflows,” says Stefanos Athanasiadis, Managing Director of Investment Solutions at Profile Software and CEO of Centevo. “The winners in agentic AI will be the platforms and providers that can work within that reality, not the ones that demand a greenfield approach.”
Unique AI brings deep expertise in enterprise AI offerings in the finance sector, built on its Swiss and European financial services heritage. “We understand what it takes to deploy AI at scale in regulated environments where trust and compliance are non-negotiable,” says Manuel.
Centevo brings two decades of Nordic financial services delivery, with clients including Danske Bank, Nordea, DNB Carnegie, and Landkreditt. Its platform serves as the system of record for fund operations, and the company has direct experience running financial processes on behalf of its clients.

“When you operate fund administration processes for multiple clients on a single platform, you see the same patterns repeated across hundreds of workflows,” says Stefanos. “These are high-volume, rules-driven processes where agentic AI fundamentally changes the economics of how operational services can be delivered.”
The two companies opened up talks in H2 of 2025 and will share their perspectives on scaling agentic AI in financial services at Stockholm Fintech Week 2026.
